Appraisal first
Most disputes on large claims come down to the number. Art's first job is valuing the loss right, line by line, so the amount stands up in appraisal.

His story

How Art works
Most disputes on large claims come down to the number. Art's first job is valuing the loss right, line by line, so the amount stands up in appraisal.
Art serves as your appraiser or your public adjuster, never both on the same claim. An appraiser has to be impartial; a public adjuster has a stake in the settlement.
Commercial buildings, multifamily, churches and schools, HOAs, and homes valued at $500,000 or more, with hail, wind, or fire damage across Texas.
